Real-time updates in SevenRooms OS have returned to normal, and venues should no longer be experiencing delays at this time.

The underlying incident with our third-party provider, Google Firebase, is not yet resolved, so some limited impact is possible until Google fully recovers.

We're monitoring delayed real-time updates in SevenRooms OS (iOS) caused by an incident with a third-party provider, Google Firebase.

For Google's latest status, please see https://status.firebase.google.com/incidents/9xsJMtCjjVuSHugHs8Zc In the meantime, updates continue to sync automatically about every 30 seconds, so some changes may take a little longer to appear across devices.

We will update as Google shares new information.
